Our technician was through, very accommodating and explained what he was going to do and cleaned up after he did his work. Additionally he carried some salt down yo our basement from our garage...

The service man was great, very knowledgeable, but service is way too expensive, and in this area, they don't need to come as often, no carbon build up.
