Pure Ventilation Is Clueless — and Feefo Is Their Reputation Shield
Avoid Pure Ventilation at all costs. I purchased their 2-room heat transfer kit with the digital thermostat they recommended — and had it professionally installed. Turns out, the thermostat was incompatible with the fan they supplied. They sold me mismatched components and had zero idea how to fix it.
When I contacted support, they passed the buck — telling me to call the fan manufacturer, then the thermostat company, because they had no clue about the products they sell. I was left to do all the troubleshooting and detective work myself, despite having bought a complete kit they supposedly designed and recommended. This is not a specialist ventilation company — it’s a drop-shipping outfit masquerading as one.
But here’s the kicker: I tried leaving an honest, factual review through Feefo — the platform Pure Ventilation uses to promote their “great reputation” — and it was rejected without reason. Feefo clearly filters or buries negative feedback, helping companies like Pure Ventilation avoid accountability while misleading potential buyers.
Even worse, Pure Ventilation has no physical address listed on Google, so they can’t be reviewed on Google Maps — a clever trick that ensures only curated, positive reviews show up online. Between Feefo’s censorship and Pure Ventilation’s evasive tactics, you’re looking at a system designed to manipulate public perception while leaving customers in the lurch.
If you want working products, competent support, and honest reviews — stay far away from both Pure Ventilation and Feefo.

We are an online retail store and, as such, do not have a physical showroom to list on Google. Additionally, we and Feefo do not curate reviews. Reviews will sometimes be unpublished if they have been entered incorrectly. In this case, the product review was unpublished as it was a review for our service, which had already been left in the service review field.
