In terms of performance, this fan is designed to provide up to 482 m³/hr extraction capacity, which is generally very effective for standard bathrooms. That said, the removal of steam can be influenced by several external factors, such as the size of the room, the type of ducting used, floor-to-ceiling glass, and even the placement of the fan within the space.
