It would appear that your communication is in relation to your recent renewal noting the auto renewal request had been selected at the point of purchase. We trust you will note in accordance with the policy terms and conditions, as per the refund guarantee, you can cancel the policy anytime within the first 14 days and provided there are no pending or existing claims then we will cancel your policy immediately and issue a full refund of your premium to your original payment card. I will email you separately in this respect and would very much appreciate if you could kindly remove your review as the renewal invitation and notice had not been declined/disabled by you when this was sent a month in advance to the policy renewal date. If you feel they have not made the correct decision you also have the right to ask the Financial Ombudsman to consider your claim complaint.
