Thank you for your feedback which we read with concern, as we pride ourselves on offering a high level of customer service. We only appear to have received one email from yourselves, which was dealt with straight-away. However we are looking into why we did not receive your previous emails, with the possibility that they may have gone into our junkmail, and if so, we will try to prevent this happening again.
With regards to the renewal of your policy, as you chose to pay by cheque, online renewal is not an option as we have to wait to receive the cheque before a policy can be put in place / renewed.
