I'm genuinely sorry you feel you've had poor service from us, i have spoken to the person that answered the phone to you and yes he said that he advised you the best way to make an order would be online. We encourage people to do this for a number of reasons such as order accuracy and payment security (payment security being particulalry pertinent at this moment as we have had a lot of fraudulent telephone orders), if you would have preferred to make the order over the phone then this is not a problem for us as it is a service we provide, and particularly to returning customers. Please accept our apologies for this missunderstanding.
As for the way your order was delivered to you we are always more than happy to take into account extra packaging you may require if you inform us at the time of your order, customers are usually consulted as to the wrapping of pallets im sorry if this did not happen once again please accept our aplogies.
All couriered items are plain boxed or sometimes black vinyl film packaging if an odd shape.
