Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with both the timescales involved and the finished result of your reupholstered chair. I am particularly concerned to hear that the original cushion no longer fits, especially given its importance in providing additional support for your husband. This is certainly not the outcome we would have hoped for. I would like to investigate this further with our Production team.
