Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this and have seen that your card was declined a number of times before the payment was processed. When the booking page reloads after a decline, the extras return to blank and must be selected again. The total amount on the booking page would therefore have excluded any extras previously selected and you will not have been charged for these (as you can see on your booking confirmation email). We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and are glad you were able to add these to your booking with the site. We hope you enjoy your holiday. Pitchup.com
