I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online…
I made an error in the date of my booking - my fault. There is no online facility to change, or amend a booking. I had to ring the site direct. This defeats the purpose of an online booking system.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a facility to amend or change a booking due to each campsite having their own amendment and cancellation policies. We aim to provide customers with all the information needed in our confirmation email should you need to contact the site directly when issues like this arise. As we are coming from Canada it would have been nice to pay the whole…
As we are coming from Canada it would have been nice to pay the whole amount online or pay the balance when we arrive. Other than that, super easy and informative!
