The system is poorly hosted. It is slow, crashes a lot. Not enough videos

Hi Dennis, sorry you're experiencing problems, we have recently added more server capacity to speed the system up, and I've asked our Technical Lead to reach out to you via email to arrange a convenient time to hop on Zoom with you so he can help you with your specific issues.
