Processing final selection and payment, required logging in and out several times before process could be completed. Also I did nit receive any confirmation from Booked property, I had to follow up...

Hi Anthony, thanks for leaving us feedback. I'm sorry you had issues with making payment - sometimes these little tech glitches happen but we are always here to help if you have any problems. In terms of booking confirmations, as we are a third-party to the hotels, you will not receive a confirmation from them, but you can check that your booking is confirmed under "My Bookings" in your Play Travel account. Absolutely wonderful service and helpful staff and advice
Wonderful people to deal with and excellent customer service very helpful as well nothing is too much trouble for the staff very easy to deal with
