Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear your delivery has not been complete as expected. I can see that your order is showing as being dispatched within 1 working day of the prescription being received, although your delivery has not yet been attempted. Please bear in mind there is increased strain on both Pharmacy2U and Royal Mail due to the current global health pandemic, this in turn is causing orders to be delayed. Please may I ask that you allow a further few working days to see if the parcel is received? If you do not receive your delivery by Wednesday/Thursday, please contact our complaints team using the below email address. enquiries@pharmacy2u.co.ukPlease accept my apologies for the delay. Kind regards.
