complain ignored

i bought a medice which i complaint about the expiry date since 9 days i not hear anything of them and ignoring and not reply at all

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you did not receive a final decision regarding your complaint. I can see that we did query the case with a pharmacist and a final decision was made not to offer you a resend for your medication, this is because the expiry day of the medication covers the standard period in which we would expect you to use the medication. We will always dispense medication with an expiry date that covers the total timescale of the supply you received if you started using it straight away.
