Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12...

Hi, thanks for your review. I have looked ino this and you are quite correct, we made a simple picking error and compounded it by not getting the replacements out soon enough. This is very unfortunate and certainly not typical of our general service levels. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
