I am afraid we are unable to add to orders once your main order has been processed,the reason being is due to the high volume of orders constantly being processed and printed down to our warehouse in one lot, if you had forgotten lightweight items from your order we are able to offer a postage discount and to send the items 1st class post for you.

I wish that had being explained as an option. As I said earlier the attitude and tone of the lady who dealt with my call was at best rude, and she did not tell that was something I could do. It's a shame because the items I received were of excellent quality. But just because of your staff I would not use you again
