Good service - poor communication

Good ordering service and price. Problem with delivery though. Website said it had been delivered AND it had not been delivered. Was difficult to find contact details to get that sorted out....

A bit disappointed that the Christmas Parcel arrived at its destination after chrvistas but it was held up at Swiss customs not Parcel hero's fault.
