The panoramic team respond really quickly to all requests and enquiries. They make the booking process so easy. Definitely will recommend them to everyone i know.

Hello Peter, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with the villa. We do not advertise this property as a 'luxury' home, it offers guests clean and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable rate. We do strive to make sure the pictures on our website are representative of the property in its current state and we now have pictures of the living room with the new furniture added.

Quite easy to book. Unfortunately after booking, part of the villa became unavailable to us but we kept the booking as we liked the rest. Maybe it should not have been included in the initial offer.

Thank you for your feedback, Joseph. We are very sorry that the gym in the property you booked became unavailable after you made your reservation. The owner took the decision to remove the equipment as it was no longer up to the safety standards we would expect in a holiday rental property. This was unforeseen and we offered you financial compensation for this inconvenience, which you were happy to accept. We hope that you enjoy your stay in the property, despite the gym no longer being in use.
