Hello Ian,
Firstly, we are extremely sorry that the villa was not in the condition expected. We want to assure you that this property is now to be visited and reviewed and all other customers feedback to be considered. The property will then be removed if the feedback is substantiated.
This is a property that we have represented for years wihtout any problems, but if the standards have slipped we will certainly be removing this villa until any issues are resolved. We take negative feedback very seriously and we strive to ensure that all properties we advertise are of the highest standards.
I hope that this experience will not deter you from booking with us again in the future.
we had an amazing family holiday and would highly recommend the resort and villa , but it would be made even better if you could get help or contact someone 24hrs a day !

Hello Mohammed, thank you for your feedback. We are very happy that you enoyed your holiday. We do not advertise air conditioning in the living area of this villa, as it is only fitted in the bedrooms. However, we will pass your commenst on to the property owner. Unfortunately internet speed across the Costa del Sol generally is much slower than you will be used to at home, but we are glad this did not ruin your enjoyment of your holiday.
