Thank you for your feedback and for coming back to the apartment once again. There are cooling fan in the bedrooms but we will certainly pass on your comments about the air conditioning to the owner.
Dealing with Panoramic was a pleasure. They were very helpful and quick to respond with all my questions and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely use them again.

We had a fabulous week the pool and garden area was fabulous although sun beds need replacing.
Bed in master bedroom (upstairs)very uncomfortable....sheets and towels need updating..

We have spoken with the owner and he has said that there were brand new towels available in the cupboards. if he had been made aware of this issue he would have provided these for you and shown you where they were. The mattress is only 3 months old so he is going to check why this was a problem. He has now just commissioned the purchase of new loungers. Thank you for the feedback, i do hope we can be of assistance in the future.
The team worked hard to secure best deal for me. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service. Would like to have contact details of the villa owner or manager before paying balance though for peace of mind as you hear many stories of villa scams.

Hello Leigh, thank you for your feedback. We take your comments on board. Most guests are happy to get details of the owner 8 weeks before, as this still gives lots of time to speak to them. However, if detals are requested prior to this date (after deposit payment) we can try and accommodate this. Just for future reference (as we hope you will book with us again!)
