Your feedback is truly valuable to us because we work hard to provide a great customer service and we're always eager to hear ways we can improve. Our rings are hand crafted to order in the UK and our diamonds set rings take around 5 weeks. Your ring was despatched a couple of days over this time on the 15th June due to a slight delay at the Assay office. It is disappointing to hear you had to chase for an order status update and I do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. It must have been stressful to only receive your ring on the day of your wedding. Dear Adi, This is disappointing to here. Your ring was despatched to you on the 27th May and ideally should have arrived with you by this time. Unfortunately the parcel is being returned to us from Indonesia as the courier says the address is unkown.
