We received your order on Sunday 6th November and as all of our rings are hand crafted to order we gave a delivery date of 14th November. Your ring was then shipped to you earlier than estimated on 10th November, taking just 4 working days. We’re disappointed to hear you feel this was too long, but hope you can appreciate the time required to produce this made to order item.
The quality of our rings is paramount to us and we feel so confident in it that we give a lifetime guarantee. Its normal for all precious metals, including white gold, to dull and lose some of their shine due to regular wear. This is why we offer to clean, polish and re-plate it, for free for the lifetime of the ring. We have emailed you with details on how to arrange this.
