I have listened to the call you had with my colleague and it was stated we send out a notification by text and email the day before delivery, and can give us a call/drop us an email on the day if you would like to find out an ETA. Improve delivery

Not happy with the delivery this time. The tank was underfilled and did not get a call prior to delivery.

Good Morning, Thank you for your time to leave us some feedback. I have investigated this with our transport team and the driver has reported that the tank was full at 549L. I can also see you have communicated with my colleague Katie in relation to this, unfortunately tank gauges/monitors can take a few days to register the delivery or not show a true reflection of how much you have in the tank. In addition, in the warmer months our drivers have to leave extra room in the tank in case of expansion, ensuring we're following all safety precautions to avoid a spill. In relation to the telephone call, our drivers only tend to call our customers if they have an issue with the delivery or unable to find the property address. However, if there are any special requests for the delivery you can contact us on 01642 686000 and we will always try our best to accommodate where we can. I hope this resolves any issues however please do accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
