Unfortunately, on this occasion we experienced an unexpected and simultaneous mechanical failure on two of our delivery vehicles. I want to reassure you that we do not "penny pinch" or compromise on vehicle maintenance or safety, quite the opposite, with our continued investment in timely fleet servicing and maintenance.
