Far too sweet. I know they don’t add sugar but why do they have to load it with sweeteners? It makes the stack so sickly sweet I can’t bring myself to eat one every day. Otherwise I love the concept...

The stacks are coated in sweetener for a number of reasons, some of the vitamins/supplements can be quite strong tasting without the sweetness and also the stacks can be quite 'sticky' without a coating on. It tastes sweet so quite nice but slightly odd taste every morning - I can’t tell if it is doing me any good or if I feel better with it - I’m not sure - the way to find out I guess is to not have it...

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with Nourished but I was really impressed. Everything from the delivery speed, packaging, presentation and of course the stack itself. Will definitely buy again!
