Scratch on the face of watch
There was a minor scratch on the face of the watch when I opened the package. This is a product that I was hoping to use for the rest of my life. I would have rated 5 stars otherwise.

Great service and product
The process all the way from ordering, to shipping was easy and swift. The design us amazi g, and the quality seems very durable. Can't wait to try the different straps I got!

The best service-oriented and management staff I have ever dealt with.
The service was about average, but the watch broke after using it for only 3 months. Too bad.
