Rent from this company with caution!!!
Terrible customer service. They were not helpful and when we couldn't find the apartment on a Saturday, if no one was in the office, we would have been out of luck. Fortunately, there was a person...

I am sorry for the issues you experienced. However, comprehensive information, including the address and detailed instructions on how to access apartment are always sent out prior to arrival. We are glad that our staff was able to help you with finding the apartment. We also happy that you found the 4G device as a replacement of wifi helpful, while we were waiting for a repair to take place by the internet provider.

Promenade apartment offers beautiful views of sea & coastline
We have recommended Nice Pebbles countless times and would not rent from anyone else. If we ever buy our own place in Nice, we'll definitely have them manage the rentals.

Nice apartment, great location but lack of basic supplies.
OK. they helped us get into the apartment when their written explanation didn't quite explain it - they sent a chap round fairly quickly so that was good. Never quite got the AC to work properly.
