How to request refund after period?

Fine. I would like more detail available for how to request a refund for a not fit for purpose item.

There are 3 ways of returning the items back for a refund. 1 - Store For store returns, you can return this back to the store anytime according to your convenience and you'll not require any paperwork or packaging for the returns. 2 - Royalmail You can print you’re the return label from Royal Mail website also. Here is the link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer. 3 - Evri You can return the items back via parcelshop or we can arrange a collection for the returns via Evri.
