As we've shared with you via e-mail, the excess details were available within our FAQ's, the policy documentation and the 'inclusions and exclusions' page, however, we agree, they could've been clearer.
As we also shared, we've since launched our new online journey and when you enter the details of a bike, the excess is displayed for that bike immediately. Additionally, our excess levels have now decreased, no longer are they set at 5% of the bike value and set excesses are now in place.
I can see that our team has been in touch and confirmed the cancellation of your policy, from inception and provided a full refund of premium.
