Rubbish customer service
The flights were cancelled due to COVID. They haven't returned to me with a refund after a 2 month wait. Can't get hold of them either via email or phone.

My BA flight was cancelled in July. Still awaiting refunds from netflights. There is no status update from netflights after an initial mail which I received after filling the refund form on their...

Incorrect booking and no customer service
I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer services from the second they sent me my booking. I haven’t managed to speak or receive an email response.
