I called twice re news arrival times before departure and both times was given wrong information. I asked for our QFF nos to be put in system and told could not do . We asked at checkin And was fine...

friendly and efficient
friendly and efficient service in organising our bookings etc - responded promptly to our requests. Our initial email was not responded to requiring us to ring to follow up our enquiry.
