Hi Eric, i am sorry you didn't enjoy your turkey, we do strive to offer the best turkeys we can but sometimes this may not allways happen.
I cant understand why your turkey was not upto standard as we have had a good majority feedback on the ones we sent out, that said we would be happy to offer you a refund if you felt the turkey was not upto your expectations, please do drop us an email at enquiries@freerangeturkeys.co.uk and we can go from there.
