Excellent service and price
price matched the carpet and delivered promptly on the day promised. Very helpful in the telephone as I had some queries before ordering.

Order never received
Chased two weeks after ordering but still haven't received one month later, no updates from them at all. Asked for refund and will find another supplier.

Wasn’t an easy click together system, but flooring looks lovely now it’s do
Arrived quickly, but no forwarding email to let me know exact delivery time , as it was during pandemic my shop was closed & pure luck I lived 3min away when driver rang to say he was outside with it...

Great prices and service
Recommended to use this company by a carpet fitter friend. Found a couple of carpets we liked in our local carpet shop. Compared the quote with their prices online and they saved me over 15%....

Easy online ordering, prompt and timely delivery - there was a problem with the notification so only found out about the delivery an hour or so before it arrived otherwise excellent.
