yes very happy. put me at my ease.told me what was going to happen,and talked me through it as it was being done,worked out what filter i needed...more than helpful.... can't fault the service.......
The service was tailored and personal to me and they were helpful and communicative throughout my purchase process. The product being perfect was the icing on the cake!
The product fell short in terms of quality and reliability. Upon sending back a couple of times, being given no option but to buy a second cable, I eventually lost on plug as it was constantly loose....
