I have struggled to get color copies of my conference booklets each year. I found you online. It was easy to order and approve. My product was promised by a certain date and arrived 2 days early.

It's Okay

Had a very difficult time getting the proof approved. Whoever was creating the proof file was changing my original files in a way that would have made it worse when printed. They claimed it was to...

I'm so sorry to hear that the proofing process caused you frustration. That is never how we want our customers to feel. Our Prepress team noted that the way your file was set up could cause slivers in the final printed product, so they made adjustments to help prevent this issue. I see that you later let us know you would be okay with this discrepancy in the final product, so our Prepress team left the file unadjusted after that. I’m happy to see that we were able to complete the project using your approved file and that the order arrived quickly! We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.
