Got there in the end
I ordered 2 items a t-shirt and a cap the t-shirt too a couple of weeks to arrive and the cap is still Missing in action I call customer service said they would contact the courier and email me back...

Spoke to a really nice chap today who really understood the issue and was able to help new cap sent out and arrived next day. I hope it was teathing issues with the new site.
