Hi Paul. Thank you for leaving an honest review and apologies about this. As discussed with you some of the items in your order were on a 7-10 working day delivery time which is shown on the add to cart button when you were placing your order. Unfortunately one of the items was then out of stock so we agreed with you that we'd pay £10 towards getting a bigger trouser size tailored so we could fulfil your order within the 7-10 working days. Sorry we didn't get it right for you and we hope this is a one off as we pride ourselves on great customer service. We hope that you are happy with your trousers and waistcoat when they arrive.
