Matthew did a fine job, its more a matter how rental agencies are run and how the system is designed to squeeze every pence out of a renter.
You're all just a cog in the housing industrial machine.

My agent Martina was supportive, responsive, attentive to my preferences, and made the remote viewing experience super efficient. Lease paperwork and flat check-in were very smooth.
