I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed by the £10 reminder fee that may be charged by our direct debit provider, Premium Credit Limited – the intention was certainly not to make you feel this way. This charge may be made by Premium Credit Limited if a credit agreement remains unsigned after 28 days – provided the agreement is signed within this period, no charge is made. As such, we always ask our customers to sign this agreement at the earliest opportunity.
