Withdrew it from manners as they kept making errors, didn't provide information when they said they would, didn't ring when promised, didn't turn up at house when agreed. Not very good, won't...

Basically show some sort of interest in the sale . Towards the later stages we heard nothing from manners and all dealings were between us and the buyer ? . Manners half way through the process lost...

Take more careful note of clients wishes when in conversation at a home - especially where a bereavement is involved. Poor note taking meant our bereaved family was bothered several times by Manners...
