Hi Sean, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear your items weren’t the perfect fit. Our clothing is designed in the UK and manufactured in Turkey or Portugal, and the size charts on each product page should help with correct size selection. When your order was placed, there was a large banner on our website explaining that no orders would be dispatched until the following week. Apologies if you missed this or if it wasn't immediately clear. You paid for standard delivery with your orders, and with this dispatch pause taken into account, both were delivered in our promised 'standard delivery' time scale. We're sorry you didn't have the items for your holiday and again that they weren't the perfect fit you. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry to hear the t-shirts weren't the perfect fit. It is outlined in the product description that these t-shirts are 'cut to an oversized box fit', unlike other t-shirts in our collection which are either a slim or regular fit. Naturally an 'oversized box fit' will come up larger and wider than other styles. Apologies if this was missed or not immediately clear.
