Mancub sent the package to the billing address, not the shipping address. Fortunately this wasn鈥檛 too much of an inconvenience for me, but is a pretty big mistake!

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for highlighting this. At the time your order was placed there was a glitch in our website that prevented customers from entering a shipping address, and also allowed you to place orders without paying for shipping.
We're sorry the order wasn't shipped to the address at which it was required, but pleased to hear it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for you. I would offer to refund the delivery cost but since there wasn't one charged there is nothing to refund.
The glitch was quickly fixed and if you do order with us again you can rest assured the order will be delivered to your designated shipping address.

Finally I receive my parcel on 7 work day after order.
I didn鈥檛 receive any tracking number and I was paid additional 16 eur for customs.
It will be perfect if you inform your customers they will need to pay more. Thank you
