we booked a family trip five adults and 2 children . we were allocated seats on the train in different places away from each other . the childrens seats were with adults not members of the family....

We are sorry to learn that you experienced some difficulties or disappointment with regards specifically to the seating arrangements on your Eurostar bookings during your recent trip to Disneyland Paris booked through MagicBreaks by World Travellers. Whilst we do always try to ensure that all passengers are correctly seated together, unfortunately Eurostar cannot guarantee these requests but they will of course endeavour to seat parties together or at least in close proximity within a given carriage on the appropriate train.
