Our Travelling Concierges are there to help our guests confidently explore their destinations and so, we are very pleased that you were impressed with the guidance that you received throughout your journey. Also, we truly sorry to learn that your missed wake up call from your hotel took away from your overall experience; although, we certainly hope that you enjoyed taking in all of the remarkable attractions that you were able to explore during your time in Egypt.

At times, ensuring that our guests can take in as many amazing attractions as possible and make the most out of the snapshot of time they spend in each region can mean lengthier periods of travel and some early starts. However, we appreciate that holidays are also meant for relaxing and we will look into your concerns about the organisation of the itinerary to review where the necessary improvements could be made. In addition, itinerary variations may be required on rare occasions to ensure the smooth running of the trip; however, a similarly enjoyable experience will always be sought where possible. Nevertheless, we will look to ensure that our guests are being made properly and promptly aware of these changes at the time. While we try our best to make our guests' journeys as comfortable as possible; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all special meal requests will be accommodated for.
