Thank you for reaching out to us with your feedback, yet, we are sorry to learn that our Travelling Concierge did not live up to the high standards that you had expected us. However, we would like to inform you that we have passed your comments onto our Operations Team who will discuss these concerns and ensure that these issues do not affect our future departures. Albeit, we truly hope to have another chance to demonstrate what a great team we actually have in place. We also want to thank you for bringing to our attention the aspects of the trip that you felt could be improved upon, as our guests’ comfort is one of our utmost concerns. Furthermore, we are delighted that you have left your time in Japan with so many incredible highlights and we hope to have the pleasure of accompanying you to more remarkable destinations.
