The minibus arrived in good time and the driver knew his way around Southampton and we arrived on time for our visit to the Sea City Museum
A lovely modern coach with amazing facilities for the disabled which safely hoisted people in wheelchairs on to the coach. The driver was friendly, kind and patient and our outing to a garden centre...

We understand that a colleague has been in contact with you about this and that it has now been satisfactorily resolved. We maintain our vehicles to the highest standards but unfortunately a break down can still occasionally happen. We apologise that in this case the replacement vehicle didn't arrive for your pick up until an hour past the scheduled time.
