Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund on the day of travel as we could have accepted other work for the coach if we had more notice. We offer as much flexibility as we can and also suggested that perhaps your group could use the coach hire to go somewhere else if your event was cancelled at short notice. However we are pleased that your event could go ahead in the end and hope your journey with us was comfortable.

On time, friendly driver, I would recommend the company.
The driver was good but the 19-Seater provided was old and the air-conditioning did not work for the last part of the trip. This is rather disappointing for such a reputable company.
