The service provided by the driver was 1st class, , he knew London extremely well. He go us to London and back on time & his driving skills were very good. Wouldn't hesitate to use again

Both Drivers were kind and friendly to both staff and children. Coaches were on early for both journey's which with under 7yr old children is a huge plus to have no waiting around!
Excellamt day out,no hiccups. Very pleasant driver chatted to us and made us feel good,weather not good,not your fault

Despite a late start due to the first coach breaking down, the driver made good time and drove safely & efficiently.
I would use Lucketts again & would recommend them.

Nice clean coach
We had a lovely day out. Rob, the Driver, had a good sat-nav which enabled us to go through the New Forest on all the bye ways. And he looked after our old folks walking equipment.
