Yes we would recommend you again. the drivers were very polite and made my
residents feel at ease. it makes the journey pleasant when the driver is pleasant.
Also the driving was good.

Co Customer sądzi o Lucketts Travel:
Coach looked old. Some of the seatbelts didn’t work and some of the seats reclined but didn’t go back.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. The vehicle you travelled in is around 7 years old so it is one of the oldest in our fleet. Although we do maintain an average age profile of our fleet that is lower than the industry average. Thank you for bringing the seats to our attention, we'll get them checked. Thanks.

Booked 13 coaches to get various groups at various times up to the Royal Albert Hall. All arrived in good time and drivers were friendly and helpful.
The driver arrived 15 minutes late at school. He hadn't been to Heathrow before and I needed to guide him to departures in terminal 2. The same driver then came to pick us up 5 days later and said...

We're so sorry to hear this. The driver is still fairly new and hadn't gone to Heathrow before so should have familiarised himself with the directions which can be tricky at Heathrow. He was held up in the morning through no fault of his own, but you should have been contacted by our operations department about this. I can only apologise that your experience was not up to our usual standard in several aspects. I assure you the driver and relevant team will be spoken to to make sure the same mistakes do not happen again. I hope that we have the opportunity to redeem ourselves in the future.
