Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that you have sent one email, not two as your feedback suggests.
Your email was received on Monday, 12th August at 08:14, and was replied to upon my arrival in the office at 08:34 on the same day.
As you appear to not be receiving our email correspondence, for some reason, then I will post my reply here instead:
"Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your delivery. I can see that no scans have been applied on the parcel since it left our building, which suggests there may be an issue in transit. I will open a support ticket with the courier now, and will request that a search be carried out of the depot in the hopes of finding your parcel, which I can only assume may have been misplaced or overlooked during the sorting process. Should this search yield no results, I will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you via an alternate courier. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused, and I will be in touch again shortly when I have received additional information back from the courier."
The courier has yet to respond with their results, so I will chase them again this morning.
If they do indeed accept that the parcel cannot be located, then I will have a new set put in to production for you, and this will be sent out to you as soon as it is ready.
I will also update the tracking details on your order so that you can view the new online tracking information.

Great quality with excellent stitching and a brilliant fit in my Focus ST.
However....NO paperwork to accompany the parcel which is a great shame.
In 6 months time will I remember who I bought them...
