Hi Gavin, thank you for your feedback. As a responsible lender Loans 2 Go will complete thorough affordability checks on all customers which will determine the amount we can lend to you. Also, if you are a first time customer applying for a personal loan we lend up to £500 on our personal loans. If you borrow with us again in the future, or when you are eligible for a top up on your loan we may be able to lend more. Thanks again for getting in contact and I hope this information helps.

Thank you for your feedback Harry. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
